Just Exactly Me.
You look at me at last,
And ask "Who are you?"
I will look at you,
And say as I meet your eyes,
"I am exactly who I want to be.
Nothing more, nothing less."
Just in between. Just exactly me.
The look in your eyes
You don't remember me.
I am the author.
I am the artist.
I am dark hair and brown eyes.
I am the anime lover.
I was the shy one.
I was the one hurting and no one saw.
I was the one who played my ace,
And waited!
I waitied for something.
I was waiting for you;
To see if my gamble paid off,
Or if I had lost this game of mine.
Then I realized
I decide!
I decide if I won or lost!

that day
Always waiting
Always hopping
That you would see me
I didn't think you could
I didn't think would
But then you went and asked me out that day
Now I know why
I'm not going to lie
It's because you love me

I Can't
"One more."
"No I don't want to"
"Come on, Sarah
Just one more"
"I can't"
"Weak.
You're disgusting
Look at your stomach, how it sticks out"
I pull myself up into another sit-up
And back down again
"No more. Please, Anna"
"Fine, you want to be fat? Your choice."
I collapse onto my bed, breathing heavily
"Look, Sarah, I'm only doing whats best for you.
How are people ever going to love you if you're fat?"
"I know. I'll try harder. I swear I will"
"I know you will. Anyway, you have me. I don't mind what weight you are.
Sarah, I love you no matter what"
"I love you too, Anna"
"And 100 pounds isn't too bad, you're getting there.

Hello, I am SaevusWinds,from <img class="avatar" src="a.deviantart.net/avatars/w/r/w…" alt="" title="Writers--club"/> and I will be your critic from for this poem.
This poem packs so much emotion and feeling. I can tell this is a very personal topic, I could feel it as I read the words. Great job conveying the mood. It managed to show another, yet even sadder aspect of the topic. The sentence structure and flow might be a little choppy, but I don't think it takes away from the poem to much. Maybe if you felt up to it, you could expand it a little more, maybe throwing in some literary devices. I love the ending, I think a call to action is quite a nice finishing note. It shows that there is still hope. Fabulous.
